ClinX Academy was founded by Alex Mohseni, MD, to fill the gap medical school leaves: no one teaches clinicians how healthcare actually works as a business. The curriculum covers Medicare Advantage economics, risk contracting, MSO/PC ownership structures, revenue cycle management, value-based care models, and health technology — giving clinicians the business fluency to compete for CMO, VPMA, medical director, and executive roles.

## About Alex Mohseni, MD

Alex Mohseni, MD, is the founder and lead instructor of ClinX Academy. He is a physician who transitioned into healthcare leadership and built ClinX to share the business education he wished he had in medical school. ClinX Academy was established in 2025.
