Report infringement

Send a written notice containing all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works if several are involved.
  3. Identification of the material you want removed and information sufficient for us to locate it, such as the specific page, upload, or message link.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We may remove or disable access to reported material and notify the person who provided it. We may share the notice with that person, including your contact information, as needed to administer this process.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send our copyright contact a written counter-notice with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ClinX Academy LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the infringement notice or that person’s agent.

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. Under the DMCA, material may be restored between 10 and 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice unless our copyright agent receives notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity.

Repeat infringement

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also restrict uploads or remove infringing material. We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures as defined by the DMCA.

Knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement or mistaken removal can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Questions about this process can be sent to our copyright contact.
